This is our beginner photography course which also includes a longer photo-walk. It is aimed at anyone that would like to get to grips with their digital camera or film camera in North Wales. This beginners course with added photo-walk will cover camera settings and equipment. We have no more than 4 participants per course.
The course is 2.5 hours and the aim will be for you to understand the three settings of ISO, Aperture and Shutter speed and how each of these settings have an effect on capturing an image and the exposure.
The aim of the course….to take a photo using the manual setting of your camera and it be correctly exposed.
The course will also cover understanding the basics of composition whilst on a photo-walk. We will look at how we capture images and how we can improve each photo by using various rules of composition.
You do not need to have the latest and greatest camera for the course! This course is ideal if you have just bought or been given a camera and want to understand the controls to make the most from your camera.
